Sea-Doo manufacturer BRP and London-based promoter Powerboat P1 have teamed up to unveil the first one-make series for off-shore personal watercraft with the introduction of the all new Sea-Doo Challenge UK 2012.

The new series will run concurrently within P1’s burgeoning AquaX UK Championship with all Sea-Doo riders eligible to challenge for honours in the new single-marque series as well as their own horsepower class. read more

Rat Race Adventure Sports have today announced a brand new ‘Festival within a Festival’ at Sheffield’s annual ‘Cliffhanger’ which celebrates the best of sports and outdoors pursuits.  Run by Sheffield City Council in collaboration with Heason Events, Rat Race BASECAMP will be housed within the Cliffhanger event site at Graves Park (6-8 July) and will offer participation sports & outdoors activities such as running and biking, plus an amazing line-up of live bands, a real ale tent and camping village.

London, England 15 May 2012 – This weekend’s round of the 2012 Avon Tyres British GT Championship will see a host of new GT3 and GT4 cars join the grids for what promises to be a thrilling pair of 60 minute sprint races on the N?rburgring GP circuit.

The only overseas event on the British GT calendar sees the championship run as support to the famous 24 Hours of N?rburgring race and the event has attracted the attention of a number of European competitors as they seek to experience the atmosphere of a British GT weekend; a huge grid of 30 cars is expected to race on the Friday and Saturday in Germany, the championship’s first visit to the legendary track. read more
